We want you to be happy with your PicklePad paddle. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your paddle arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products ship directly from our supplier network, change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected, minus original shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched by our supplier. Once an order has shipped, standard return conditions above apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.
